Districts, without the confusion
A district number is a useful clue — not a promise.
Rotary districts organise clubs, but they do not always match the city or area where an exchange student lives. Boundaries and district numbers can change, and one city can be close to more than one district.
Start with the place
Use the country and city to explore real experiences. That tells you more about daily exchange life than a district number alone.
Use the district as a guide
When a story lists a district, treat it as helpful context for that exchange year — not a permanent boundary for every nearby town.
